Content Moderation Policy

• Enforcement should be proportional to the severity and repetition of the behaviour.
• Serious offences (CSAM, threats of violence, doxxing) skip warnings.
• Automated signals are triage. Humans make final calls on non-trivial actions.

• User reports categorized by reason.
• Rate limits (messages per minute, matches per hour, invitations per hour).
• Abuse scoring based on report clusters, cooldown history, and heuristic flags.
• Session and device signals in hashed form to detect ban evasion.

• Warning — an in-app notice with a link to the relevant rule.
• Cooldown — temporary block on matching, queueing, or messaging.
• Temporary ban — hours to days, depending on the offence.
• Permanent ban — for repeat or severe violations, and for any child-safety violation.
• Escalation — reports involving illegal content are escalated to authorities per Law Enforcement Requests.

We do not publish a play-by-play of moderation to avoid teaching bad actors how to evade it. We aim to publish periodic transparency summaries covering report volumes, action rates, and takedown statistics.
